This notice covers the loveshortsdrama.com website. It complements the 2CM Studio privacy policy, which covers the LoveShorts app.
Who is responsible
2CM Studio, 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France, publishes this site and decides what it measures. Contact: legal@2cm.studio.
What we measure and why
With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform: which ad brought a visit, and whether the visitor then opened the App Store or Google Play page. Meta also uses these events to deliver our ads to the people most likely to be interested, and may use them to show our ads to people who visited the site.
Without your consent, none of this is loaded, stored or sent.
What is collected
- The pages you view and what you do on them: store buttons clicked, video played, how far you scroll, language chosen, questions opened.
- Technical data sent with every request: IP address, browser and device type, time.
- The Meta cookies
_fbpand_fbc, the latter holding the ad click identifier when you arrive from an ad. - A random visitor identifier, which Meta receives hashed.
- The campaign parameters of the link you arrived with (
utm_*).
We do not ask for, collect or send your name, e-mail address or phone number.
Who receives it
Events go from your browser to Meta. A copy is relayed through our own server (Firebase on Google Cloud, europe-west1 region in Belgium) so that ad blockers or the jump to the store do not lose them. The relay forwards events without storing them; technical error logs are kept for about 30 days.
2CM Studio and Meta Platforms Ireland are joint controllers for this collection and transmission. Meta is then responsible for its own processing, described in the Meta Privacy Policy.

The embedded video
The featured episode is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), so watching it does not shape what YouTube recommends or advertises to you. Loading and playing it connects to Google, under the Google Privacy Policy.
Transfers outside Europe
Meta and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which both companies are certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Legal basis
Ad measurement relies on your consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Remembering your consent choice and your language is necessary for the site to work and needs no consent.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the button above; this does not affect what was lawfully sent before. You can also ask for access to or erasure of your data, or object to its use, by writing to legal@2cm.studio, and complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
